In Amuley Mar we are only recommending a two unit installation. The reason for this is that either of the two bedroom units, upstairs, are sufficiently powerful to chill, or heat, the lounge downstairs. (This of course is the customers own choice, but we would still suggest trying the two units before making a decision on the third). Should a customer decide later that they would prefer a dedicated lounge unit, they can purchase the full installation for the third unit at cost. Therefore not loosing the advantage of better pricing for multiple units.
Fuerte Cocinas UK SL have so far installed the two external bedroom units, on the corresponding balconies (shown below). One reason is for this is easier access for maintenance and cleaning etc. The second is that although a roof installation is acceptable, you should really place the unit against a wall of some type, so that the wind does not have clear passage through the system. Unfortunately the external wall heights on Amuley Mar are not sufficiently high enough for this.
We feel if a lounge unit is required, then the unit placements installed by our competitors are probably the best solution.
One other consideration... Fuerte Cocinas UK SL will install the water run off pipe down to ground level. At the poolside it can be used to feed pot plants or borders, as opposed to the waste water just running on to your terrace and then draining on to your stairs area.
